Nathan was born in Leeds on the 17th January 1973 at St Marys Hospital.
Nathan was known to all his friends as Craig. He sadly died in a car crash on 19th May 1992 on the notorious Stanningly By-pass in Leeds age 19. He lived most of his life in beeston, leeds. craig went to St Lukes Primary,Arthur Greenwood middle school, Drighlington Juniors, Morley High School & Cockburn high school where he excelled in Art. He was the second eldest son of Elayne-Marie and Stewart Charles Wood (deceased) and was brother to Jason, Joanne, Karla ,Mikala and Peter-Robert. Step brother to Rachel and William, Grandson of Maud Whiteley and Pat and Bob Cundale. Much loved newphew of Annette(Nette)deceased Glenn Mark and Paula Jane. Cousin to Chelsey and Josh.
Craig was a popular comical generous lad who loved life to the end. He was always the class jester at school causing him many times to have detention. He loved Rugby and played for Drighlington juniors gaining a gold medal at Elland Road. He was a good swimmer and was swimming at five years old. He loved animals and had many unusual pets. He liked camping and the outdoorlife. Craig was the life and soul of any party and would constantly tell jokes. He was a very loving lad who loved his family. He doted on his nephew Lee Jason and was very proud to be an uncle.There was never a dull moment while Craig was around.(A very funny guy) We will always miss Craig but he will never be gone from our lives.
